“A criminal case has not yet been opened under article 205 (terrorism) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, but the fact that the explosive device was planted in a GAZ-53 car, fragments of which were scattered after the explosion 150 meters away, indicates a terrorist attack,” said the head of the FSB TsOS Zdanovich.
He clarified that the blown up car was not near the apartment building, but on the contrary – on the side of the road. Nearby is the local police department.
